Alandria M. Davis, RHIA, CPC-P, is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Information Management.  She has worked in the Health Insurance Industry for the past nine years specializing in Auditing.  Currently, she is pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration at University of Phoenix.

Sandra Hernandez has a Masters degree in Informatics. She graduated from FIU in Health Information Administration. In her career, she has held positions as a HIM technician, Coder, Supervisor, and business technology consultant. Currently, she is managing the transitioning of health records to a electronic format. Ms. Hernandez joins the board with twelve years of experience.

Sandra Lacy is an alumnus of Miami Dade College, Health Information Management Technology program.  She held the title of Health Information Management Student Association (HIMSA) President.  Sandra has discovered how giving back to the HIM community can help your professional career.  Sandra has moved from Administrative Assistant to Coder to a Validation Specialist. Ms. Lacy says HIM has no boundaries. She holds the credential of Registered Health Information Technician. She plans to expand her studies in the near future.

Shirley M. Coney, BS, RHIA, LHRM, is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Health Information Management. She later attended Florida International University acquiring a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Administration. She is certified as a Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager. Currently works for Broward County Health Department as Health Information Manager. She has over 30 years of experience in various areas of the health information profession including Quality Management and Risk Management. Ms. Coney serves as a Director for the South Florida Health Information Management Association.
